3561 Wild Cherry Way

This painting was done as one of my “random acts of art”.  While visiting my daughter, their next door neighbors were moving.  The woman leaving the house was very teary-eyed and sad to be leaving her family home with so many memories.  I had a brief chat with her and she got in her car and drove off to start a new chapter in another town.  I promptly went over and took several photos of her house, painted it up and send it to her.  I got the most beautiful note from her telling me how much it meant to her.  I strongly believe that my art is meant to lift someone’s spirits and make their day.  I was pleased to be a bright spot in her otherwise sad day.
